In July 2024, the 29th Congress of the International Society of Heterocyclic Chemistry (ISHC 2024) will be held in Aveiro, Portugal.
This series of meetings was initiated in 1967 with the 鈥淔irst International Congress of Heterocyclic Chemistry鈥� that took place in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Since then, the ISHC congresses have established themselves as a major forum for the advancement of heterocyclic chemistry, attracting hundreds of participants.
As in previous editions of the scientific meeting of the ISHC, ISHC 24 will feature the most advanced topics in heterocyclic chemistry presented by leading international experts. Special focus will be given to novel methods in heterocyclic synthesis and the application of heterocycles in medicinal chemistry, sustainable chemistry and materials.
